BBDO Digital STudio
In my role as Director of Digital Operations I oversee the agency's Digital Studio, an umbrella for developers, designers, QA engineers, and producers working on internal interactive productions.
When I took over the responsibility of the studio in 2013, it was not integrated into the agency with separate PM and design teams and its own systems and workflows. Over the past two years I changed the structure, making the studio an integral part of the agency by merging the design and PM teams and introducing new tools and processes that foster collaboration and integration.
Furthermore, I consolidated our external freelancer and vendor pools both on and offshore, creating strong partnerships that led to greater efficiencies and better quality of work.

- For the first time in its history the agency has won awards at Cannes, D&AD, Webbys and more for in-house produced interactive projects
