BBDO Interactive Production
As Director of Digital Operations I oversee the integration of digital specialists within the agency, the Digital Studio, and the interactive production group. Our interactive producers are responsible for all online display projects, websites, mobile apps, interactive installations, smaller online video and influencer work (in partnership and collaboration with our content producers).
Over the past two years, I changed our model to do more work in-house with our Digital Studio, introduced agile methodologies for websites and larger, utility-driven projects (including moving our initial creative development away from presentations to prototyping) and and started an initiative for proactive innovation projects.
My team helped to win multiple awards at Cannes, D&AD, Clios, OneShow and the Webbys.
